One of the most asked questions I get is about organizing and storing items in your closet.
If it is not an item of clothing and you are moving it into storage somewhere you need to ask a couple of questions:
#1 Do I really need this? If NO – DON’T KEEP THIS ITEM!
#2 When am I going to use it again? If you don’t know and will more than likely forget you own it once you place it in that location….DON’T KEEP THIS ITEM!
#3 Am I just hiding this item, because I don’t know what else to do with it? DON’T KEEP THIS ITEM!
#4 Do I love the item? When will I get it out to (display) it again? If you don’t love the item and you make a funny face each time you look at it – DON’T KEEP THIS ITEM!
