This book is a must for anyone in leadership, business development and marketing. It is fun to pull off the shelf and use an exercise in a meeting.
If you have a chance to only pick up the book in a book store and read it, I would tell you to read the Preface. Once you do, you will want to buy and read the rest of the book.
